All products sold by OPSEK Labs are strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.

By purchasing from OPSEK Labs, you represent and warrant that:

• You are purchasing for legitimate scientific research in a controlled laboratory setting
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• You have appropriate facilities, training, and authorization for handling research compounds
• You will not resell, redistribute, or transfer products to unauthorized parties

Age and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. If purchasing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product information, including purity percentages, molecular weights, and specifications. However, all information is provided for research guidance only and should be independently verified through your own testing protocols.

Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
• We reserve the right to refuse any order
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment must be received before shipment
• Orders may be canceled if payment fails or fraud is suspected

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit, though we will assist with carrier claims when possible.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are generally not accepted. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

• Demonstrable shipping damage
• Products that fail to meet stated specifications when independently verified
• Wrong products shipped (our error)

Limitation of Liability

OPSEK Labs' liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to research delays, lost profits, or experimental failures.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OPSEK Labs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use, misuse, or handling of our products, including any violation of these terms.
